Subsurface & Concrete
Subsurface scanning uses ground-penetrating radar to find what you can't see: buried pipes and cables before you excavate, or rebar and post-tension cables inside concrete before you drill.

Drone & Aerial
Drone surveying maps large or hard-to-access sites from the air, producing accurate orthophoto maps, terrain models and volume measurements in a fraction of the time ground methods need.

Café fit-out with zero existing documentation
A design team took on a café fit-out in a narrow existing unit, with no drawings at all. No floor plan, no sections, nothing to design on.
The designers received a clean point cloud and accurate as-built base drawings of the unit, and could start design work immediately: no site remeasurement, no assumptions, no surprises at fit-out.

How is pricing worked out?
Every job gets a fixed quote, based on the size and complexity of the site, access and the deliverables you need. There are no hourly rates, and the quote states the delivery date.
Do you do land or plot boundary surveys?
Dervoss does topographic, measured, as-built and setting out surveys for design and construction. Legal plot boundary (cadastral) surveys need a surveyor accredited by the Dubai Land Department, which Dervoss is not. See the topographic survey page for what that means for your project.
