Services
GPR & concrete scanning in Dubai & the UAE
Subsurface scanning uses ground-penetrating radar to find what you can't see: buried pipes and cables before you excavate, or rebar and post-tension cables inside concrete before you drill.
Dervoss provides these services across Dubai, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, from one in-house team.

Utility Mapping (GPR)
Find buried pipes and cables before you dig: marked on site, mapped in DWG/PDF.

Concrete Scanning
See inside the slab before you drill: rebar, post-tension cables and conduits located and marked.
02 — Questions
Which one do I need?
What's the difference between utility mapping and concrete scanning?
Utility mapping looks under the ground: pipes, cables and services before excavation. Concrete scanning looks inside a structure: rebar, tension cables and conduits before drilling or coring. Same radar physics, different jobs.
I'm coring through a ground-bearing slab. Which service do I need?
Both, usually in one visit: concrete scanning tells you what's inside the slab, utility mapping what's directly beneath it.
Is GPR scanning safe and non-destructive?
Yes: radio waves only, no radiation licence needed, and nothing is drilled or opened to perform the scan.
Can you come today?
Urgent scans are our daily business. Call or WhatsApp; if a team is available you'll get a same-day slot.
What do I get after the scan?
Findings marked directly on site (paint/labels) plus a report: utility map or slab layout as DWG/PDF with depths, evidence you can hand to the main contractor or authority.
